HOTEL POLICIES & HOUSE RULES

 

Standard Check – In and Check out

  • Check- In Time is 14:00H. Check-Out is 12:00 noon

  • Request for early check in and late check out will be subject to room availability and the following charges:

 

Early check-In

  • Before 0600H One (1) room night charge

  • Between 0700H-1200H50% of one (1) room night charge

 

Late Check-Out

  • Between 1200H to 1800H50% of one (1) room night charge

  • Beyond 1800H One (1) room night charge

 

Room Occupancy.

  • Rooms accommodate a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children under the age of 10 years sharing bed/s with adults/parents and with standard set up for two (2) adults only. Any extra request for kids is subject for extra charge. The third adult is subject to extra person charge.

  • Family room accommodates a maximum of four (4) adults and two (2) children under the age of 10 years old sharing bed/s with adults/parents’ and with standard set up for four (4) adults only. Any extra request for kids is subject for extra charge. The Fifth adult is subject to extra person charge.

 

Special Request for Room bed types and Upgrades

  • Bed type and room allocation are all subject to availability upon check-in. Your confirmation voucher indicates the room and the services availed by guest at the time of booking. Upgrade to a higher category is subject to room availability and rate difference.

 

Kid’s Meal Policy

  • Children 0-6 years old are entitled to a complimentary breakfast (maximum of two (2) children per room). A third kid 0-6 years old per room is chargeable of breakfast at ₱350.00/night, sharing bed with parents/adults. Breakfast charge for children 7 to 10 years of age is priced at ₱350.00 per day.

 

Extra person

  • Guest over eleven (11) years old are considered adults. Extra person charge will be ₱1,900.00 per person per night, inclusive of daily breakfast. Extra bed set-up is subject to availability and confirmation upon arrival.

Keycards

  • Kindly safeguard your keycards. Each room is provided with one (1) keycard. Lost, missing or stolen keycards must be immediately reported to our Front Desk. Upon check- out, kindly present your keycards for their return. A charge may be placed on your account for lost key cards.

Non-smoking Policy

  • In order to maintain the beauty and comfort of our accommodation, smoking is strictly not allowed inside the guestrooms and balcony. Violators will be charged a penalty fee equivalent to 2 nights stay based on published rates. A designated outdoor Smoking Area is provided. Kindly ask one of staff for directions. Also prohibited within our premises are cooking, burning of candles and incense, and diffusion of patchouli oils or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils and synthetic products.

Visiting Hours

  • Visiting hours is from 9 am to 10pm only, beyond 10pm, visitors will be charged Php 1,900.00 per guest as extra person), extra bed request is upon availability only. To ensure security, please register your visitor at the Front Desk and advise them to present valid Identification Card. No valid Identification card will be entertained in the hotel lobby.

 

Housekeeping

  • Daily housekeeping starts at 9 am. Room inspection are scheduled between the hours of 9am and 6pm. Should you wish not to be disturbed, kindly display the DO NOT DISTURB sign provided. However, should a cause for concern arise, Boracay Ocean Club Beach Resort reserves the right to contact the guest or make inspection for safety verification purposes.

 

  • Please be more cautious in bringing bottles and glasses at the balcony as it may be broken and lead to accident at the pool. Damage to hotel properties including but not limited to amenities provided inside the room are to be charged upon checked out.

 

Safety Deposit Box

  • Safety deposit boxes is provided in each guest room. The hotel is not liable for any losses or damages.

 

Pool Access Room Advisory

  • Swimming Pool opens from 8 am to 10 pm. All rooms with pool access are not allowed to swim after 10 pm. Pool access room is designed for adults. If traveling with children, a waiver must be signed upon check in.

 

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 9am and must be strictly observed. Sounds and voices must be at the minimum volume in consideration of other guests. Kindly open and close doors quietly and avoid congregating or running along the hallways. Immediately contact our Front Desk should you encounter any disruptive guests.

 

Reservations

  • All reservations must be guaranteed. Primary guest must be 18 years of age or older. If you are below eighteen (18), you may contact the hotel directly for assistance. Please make sure to receive a Booking Confirmation Number when you make a reservation. Present this together with a valid government ID upon check-in. NO VOUCHER and ID, NO CHECK-IN.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation policy based on the number of days prior to arrival dates as follows:

  • Cancellation received 61 days prior to arrival will be charged a rate equivalent to 10% of the full duration of stay.

  • Cancellation received 60-31 days prior to arrival will be charged a rate equivalent to 50% of the duration of stay.

  • Cancellations/shortened stay received 30 days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the full duration of stay.

 

 

Incidental Deposit

  • No incidental deposit will be required during check-In. Any charges occurred will be settled directly by cash or card.

 

Transfer Services

  • Transfers to hotel and from Caticlan Airport will occur an additional fee as follows:

  • Round trip transfer rate is 2,000.00 per adult (Local guests)

  • Kids 6-8 years old rate is 1800.00/child

  • Kids 3-5 years old rate is 1600.00/child

 

Note:

  • An Additional of Php 150.00 for foreign guests. Transfer rate may be subject to change without prior notice.  Kalibo transfers is also accepted and request for private van is subject to extra charge. Cancellation for Kalibo transfers received 24 hours prior will incur full charge.

Cancelled/Diverted Flights

  • The resort is not responsible for any cancelled or diverted flights.

 

Cancellation caused by Acts of Nature & National Events

  • The resort may not be held liable for services not rendered nor for any loss, consequence or damage(s) which may be due to natural calamities, flight or boat transfer cancellations due to bad weather condition and national events. If a booking is cancelled by the client because of force majeure, there will be no refund but is re-bookable to a new tour date within 30 days subject to room availability and rate difference if any.

 

Mandatory Gala Dinner

  • For room reservations passing through December 24, 2024, December 31, 2024 and Chinese New Year, all room guests shall be required to purchase mandatory gala dinner. Children ages 5 to 11 years of age may avail of a Fifty percent (50%) discount. The dinner is complimentary for children 0-4 years of age.

 

Online Discounted promo rate

  • Senior Citizen and PWD (Persons with disabilities) discounts are not applicable to promotional rates. Website rates are designed based on the special discount higher than the existing Senior Citizen and Person with Disability (PWD) discount hence, double discount is not applicable. For VAT exemption, diplomats are requested to present their Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) issued IDs together with VEC or VEIC upon booking. Firearms and Weapons

  • We highly value the safety, security and wellbeing of all persons staying and working at the resort. Therefore, a Firearms and Weapons Policy has been designed to protect our guests, staff, vendors and other persons within our hotel grounds. Guest and other individuals on our premises are prohibited from bringing in any firearms or weapon, Similarly, guests who are lawfully permitted to possess firearms or weapons such as bodyguards, military personnel and the police are NOT EXEMPTED from this policy, unless their presence at the resort is requested by management and due to official emergency circumstances.

 

Damage/Stains/Lost / Theft of the Hotel Property

  • Guests and their party are liable for any and all damages to the room and/or hotel property whether by deliberate, negligent and/or reckless acts at the time of their stay at the resort. Guest rooms found in complete disorder, disarray and/or “trashed” will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fees, administration fee, third party fees and any other reasonable expenses which may arise from the circumstances.

  • Deep stains like HENNA, INK and DISCOLORATION on your linens and towels are subject to charge upon check out. These stains will result for us to condemn and not to use it again in operations.

  • Any Lost items reported will be charge accordingly.

 

Liability

  • Boracay Ocean Club Beach Resort and its management shall have no liability to guests, persons invited by hotel guests, visitors, employees and subcontractors for any special, indirect and/or consequential loss or damage. The guest shall indemnify the hotel against and any all liabilities and claims, proceedings or damages arising from the guest’s stay, function or acts, as well as of the persons invited by the hotel guest, visitors, employees or sub- contractors. While guests may use our resort facilities at their own risk, Boracay Ocean Club Beach Resort and its management shall not be liable or responsible for any claim, loss or damage resulting from the use of the resort facilities.

Lost and Found

  • Boracay Ocean Club Beach Resort is not responsible for any items left behind by guests. However, found items, with the exception of perishable goods, will be collected and kept at the LOST AND FOUND SECTION for up to thirty (30) days only. Please contact  info@boracayoceanclub.com and we would be happy to return your item/s through a courier service provider.  

 

Cooking appliances, combustible or fireworks

  • The safety of our guests, staff and the resort are extremely important to us. Except for refrigerator units and water boilers provided inside the hotel rooms, preparation of food through the use of any type of cooking appliances is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. A minimum fee equivalent to Php 5,000.00 will be charged for in-room cooking, including but not limited to use of hot plates, toaster ovens, rice cookers, combustibles, open flame, barbeque grills, burners, heating appliances and/or other equipment and items intended for cooking. Open fires, flames and cooking grills, either charcoal or gas, as well as fireworks are NOT ALLOWED.

 

In case of Emergency of Fire

  • Please notify our Front Desk by dialing “0” in any event of fire or other emergencies. Emergency exit map is visibly posted at the back of the guest room door.

  • Damage/Tampering of fire detection system and equipment. Boracay Ocean Club Resort & Spa reserves the right to take action against any guest or visitor found to have tampered or interfered with any detection equipment at the resort, including detector heads in public areas, guest rooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Guests or visitors who tamper with any fire detection or fire-fighting equipment will be charged for costs incurred by the hotel due to their actions and may be evicted from the premises. Depending on the severity of the guest’s actions, law enforcement may become involved at the hotel’s discretion.

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Boracay Ocean Club Resort & Spa reserves the right to amend and revise the hotel terms and conditions as it may deem necessary.
